The Kobe Bryant disrespect is laughable. LOL at Lebron being a clearly better player than Bryant by his second year. If that were true then Coach K and Team USA wouldn’t have said that Bryant was the #1 recruit for the team and best player to lead them to gold in 08 Olympics.

I dare you to look at those Cleveland rosters

Oh I don’t need to look, I remember those games. From 2006 to 2010 the Cavs were an excellent defensive team and every year in that era the front office would switch up the roster to suit LeBron’s needs. During that time they had a great win-loss record at home court. Who were LeBron’s teammates during this run? Darius Miles, Big Z (All Star), Larry Hughes (Steals Leader), Shannon Brown (athletic as hell), Donyell Marshall (great 3point shooter), Sasha Pavlovic (A top 10 3point shooter in the league), Carlos Boozer (All Star), Antwan Jameson (All Star and scored 20k career points), Mo Williams (All Star), Ben Wallace (All Star and 4x DPOTY), Wally Szcerbiak (another 3point shooter specialist), Daniel Gibson (Great microwave scorer off the bench), Anderson Varejao (All Defense team), Delonte West (a very good 3&D guard), and others. I was in High School when LeBron left to Miami so I remember clearly all the times the Cavs were favorites to win it all and still failed.

So many of these guys were dog shit for the Cavs

Sure man whatever you say. It’s not like the Cavs had back to back seasons of winning 60 games and having the best overall record in the league in 2009 and 2010. You got it bro, have a good one 👍

In 2004-05, LeBron averaged more points, assists, rebounds, and steals per game on a better eFG%. His OBPM of 7.0 lead the league, and his 8.6 BPM was 2nd. Bryant would top out, for his entire career, with a BPM of 7.6 in 2005-06, he was at 5.0 in 04-05. LeBron’s lowest BPM from 04-05 to 13-14 was 8.1. Like it’s not particularly close who was the better player, which isn’t disrespect when LeBron is one of the three or four greatest players ever

Yeah no. Kobe was injured in the 04-05 season, he missed about 15 games due to an ankle injury and I don’t care about some abstract advanced analytic stat from the regular season. One day you’ll realize that LeBron needs to play with a certain type of roster in order to fill up the stat sheet the way that he does. He needs to be surrounded by shooters in order to produce like that. Kobe Bryant averaged 35-5-5 on a team that had smush Parker, Kwame Brown, and Chris Mihm while dragging them to the playoffs and still winning 45 games.
